To make the learning environment more challenging and exciting for students IILM GSM have encouraged the students to come up with number of clubs which are extremely creative. These are "Prism" the marketing club, "Analysts" the finance club, "Vikasana" the HR club, " Xpressions"the cultural club, "Sansad" the debating society, "Illuminati" the social club. All the year round these clubs are active and they always come up with some or the other creative events where there is full fledged participation on behalf students as well as club members. IILM GSM encourages students to pariticipate in these events so that they can exercise their talents in extra curricular activities as well as learn substantial things in the same process. All these events are highly competitive in nature which make the students use their grey matter and display them in creative ways, even prize money is kept for each event to encourage active participation. All these are done simply to acheive the objective of holistic development of students to bring about the talents in them and transform them into dyanamic personalities.
IILM GSM also organizes the annual business school festival " MOSAIC: the colours of creativity" which is generally held on third week of December and it invites the intellectual poo from all acroos teh countries. The three days of action, accomplishment, intellect, fun and valor surround the IILM GSM campus. The festival is inaugurated with a stage play and culminates with Alumni Lunch.

IILM also organizes Vivekanand Memorial Annual Debate or VMD which is known as one of the most prestigious debate competition in India. It also sees the participation from premier institutes like IIT, IIMs etc. VMD is most sought after events in all B-school campus across the country as it offers a lucrative prize money amounting to Rs50,000 as well as the strong excitement created by the cut throat competition.
